Any additional Server Required ?

It will be in loop of your incoming and outgoing calls.It means will take all calls and pass only actual calls ahead and block the robot calls which will be main cause to save the SIMs.So we will deploy our solution in different server and will place between your switch and gateway.

Is support for all GSM Gateway ?

Yes our solution is software based so it supports all hardware GSM Gateways so it works with help of settings and set of rules.

Can use with Multiple GSM GWs or Client’s server traffic ?

Yes you can accept calls by many of your clients and pass from different GSM GWs as per setting in routing as well as can do different setting for each client as per location.

Is there any training available?

We have an online training session for our customers by which all doubts we clear step by step and if required we show how to operate the system at client’s system by team viewer too.

Do you offer technical support?

Our technical support team works round the clock so you can call us any time for help on using the services.

Do I have to sign a contract?

At AoneVoice, our service agreement is a monthly one, and there is no minimum time commitment. This means that if you choose to stop using our services, you will not be penalized.
